Merchant Credit Card Accounts At Risk

(By Hugh Brecher, CreditCardSafety.net)

My name is Hugh Brecher.  I'm an agent of a major provider of Merchant credit card accounts.  My website, CreditCardSafety.net.   Has 2 basic functions: advertising my favorite provider of Credit Card Merchant Accounts and educating owners of existing merchant accounts. Here is a direct means of applying for a new Merchant account even if you are already on the MATCH list or the TMF (Terminated Merchant File):

Phone Equipment, Service Providers, Service Plans & Pre-Paid Phones

I work hard trying to educate business people teaching about the actions, the activities that are not allowed for merchants accepting credit cards in payment for their products or services.  This is serious stuff, very serious.

Having a Merchant credit card account enables you to accept whichever cards the merchant has signed up for such as Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, etc.  Being able to accept credit cards is something like having a drivers license, it can be revoked.  Unlike the revocation of a drivers license the loss of the Merchant account is almost always permanent.  Having a valid drivers license enables you to get around, often to earn your income.  Having a valid credit card merchant account also enables you to earn a living.

Permanent loss of merchant account privileges?  Yes. When your merchant account is first set up the providers acquire your essential personal identification information; name, address, social security number, etc.  If your merchant account is revoked your essential identifying information will be added to the "Match File", formerly called the "TMF", Terminated Merchant File.  The name Match File is more relevant because each applicant for new merchant accounts is checked against the "Match File."  If it is determined that you are in this file then your application for a new credit card merchant account will be permanently denied.  Permanent?  Well yes, for all practical purposes.  There is a chance that a really clever (and expensive) lawyer could get you off the list, but don't count on it.  Either way, win or lose, you will still have to pay the lawyer.

What Are The Rules For Merchant Accounts?

The various rules are posted and explained on my web site, there CreditCardSafety.net  If you don't already have a Merchant Account you can sign up for the best one while you're there.

If you're in a hurry you can apply for a very low cost excellent merchant account by clicking here, there is a good chance that you can get a new account even if you are on the dreaded "MATCH LIST":

On The "Match List" already?  It is possible, but not guaranteed, that you may be able to get a NEW merchant account.  There are a few Merchant Account Providers who are willing to accept companies even though they are on the Match list or the TMF (Terminated Merchant File).  You can find out about this for free, with no strings attached.  Just send the following form to us: Match List Inquiry FormYou have nothing to lose and we may be able to help you.
